The title of the album is Back to the Basic and Rain's management company told, "Rain debuted 2002 of May and been a singer for 8 years but his mind set still that of a rookie, which is what the title says." The online websites will take album pre-orders from March 22nd and nothing has been yet released of what his new music will sound like.
