SNSD and Super Junior couple up for SPAO

Last week we reported that SNSD’s Yoona and Super Junior’s Choi Siwon had coupled up for clothing brand SPAO. Looks like the pairing doesn’t end there as SNSD’s Jessica & Seohyun, and Super Junior’s Leeteuk & Kyuhyun join in on the love!

Each couple pairing shows off a different vibe as Yoona & Siwon are the “homely couple,” Jessica & Leeteuk are the “charismatic couple” and Seohyun & Kyuhyun are the “celebratory couple.”?SM Entertainment really keeps the family tight knit but there’s nothing ever wrong with a SNSD and Suju collaboration.

Back in November 2009, casual brand SPAO had both SNSD and Super Junior sign on to model and promote their clothing. No doubt the two idol groups have boosted sales but this new “couples pairing” might benefit the brand even further.

And finally, Seo Woo in Cinderella’s Sister

Finally, a glimpse of Seo Woo! We’ve had many promo stills released of Moon Geun-young, Chun Jung-myung, and Taecyeon, but nary a one of Seo Woo, who’s playing the Cinderella in Cinderella’s Sister.

Seo Woo has quite the young naif thing working for her, so she suits the role pretty well, image- and acting-wise. She’s actually two years older than Moon, despite playing the younger sister. And her colorful, cute styling in this role is definitely made to contrast with Moon’s darker look.

Seo Woo plays Hyo-sun, daughter of Kim Gab-soo, and actually meets Lee Mi-sook first and introduces her to her father, thus playing an important role in their marriage. Hyo-sun is pretty and kind, with a bright, winsome attitude. Because she has grown up receiving lots of love, she’s generous in giving it as well, which goes completely counter to her stepsister’s harsh, closed-off ways.

T.O.P and Kim Yuna chosen as Korea’s bodyguards

Yes24 held a poll from the first of March till the seventh on Interpark, asking “Which Korean male idol would you choose to protect you from a murderer?”

According to the results,?Big Bang’s charismatic power rapper T.O.P, accumulated 42 percent of the total votes!

The runner-ups were SS501’s leader Kim Hyun Joong in second (32%), 2PM’s Taecyeon in third (18%), and BEAST’s Lee Gi Kwang in fourth (9%).

On the opposite end, a poll was also held asking readers, “Which female star do you want to protect from a murderer?”

The female star with the most votes came out to be world-renowned Korean ice-skater, Kim Yuna. The “Nation’s Little Sister” garnered a total of 62 percent of the votes while the runner-ups were Shin Se Kyung in second (15%), Shin Min Ah in third(12%), and Kim Tae Hee in fourth (11%).

Hyun Bin does not discuss his relationship on air

It seems that Hyun Bin has no interest discussing the details of his relationship with his girlfriend, Song Hye Gyo–at least when it comes to radio interviews.

Hyun Bin recently participated as a guest on the radio broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s Gong Hyun Jin’s CineTown on March 11th. As news spread that Hyun Bin would be the “guest of honor” on the show, many people tuned in on the day of the broadcast hoping that he’ll open up about his relationship with Song Hye Gyo.

But much to everyone’s chagrin, the main focus of the interview was on, Manchu, Hyun Bin’s latest film project, which recently wrapped up its filming. Furthermore, MC Gong Hyun Jin did not press Hyun Bin about the relationship during the interview.

However, Hyun Bin was more open when it came to discussing his friendship with actor Jang Dong Gun stating, “Whether I’m feeling happy or sad, he is always there to show his support. He has allowed for me to grow both professionally, and as a person.”

Narsha is disappointed in her scandal with Sangchu

During the recording of KBS 2TV ‘Star Golden Bell,’ Brown Eyed Girls‘ Narsha expressed disappointment in her scandal with Mighty Mouth’s Sangchu.

The scandal concerned rumors that have been circulating of Narsha and Sangchu dating, which was sparked when Kim Jong Kook revealed his suspicion of their relationship.

While Sangchu has already given his explanation of the issue, Narsha only did so recently on the episode of ‘Star Golden Bell.’ Unfortunately, her response was a bit embarrassing for Sangchu.

When asked “What was your reaction when your scandal with Sangchu was revealed?”, Narsha replied, “It was my first scandal since the 4 years I debuted… Among the many handsome male celebrities, I don’t know why it had to be with a vegetable.” (Note: sangchu in Korean means lettuce).

Narsha added, “There was an article reporting that Sangchu and I went on a? date at a university, but one individual misinterpreted it as Narsha went on a date covering her face with lettuce,” sending everyone on set into laughter.

This hilarious episode will be aired on the 13th.

Teaser for upcoming drama Personal Taste released

One of the most anticipated dramas right now is the upcoming MBC mini-series drama, Personal Taste. It will star Lee Minho and Son Ye Jin, but won’t be airing until the end of the month. Lucky for us, a teaser has been released to give us a taste of the upcoming drama!

The teaser is about 40 seconds long and shows an adorable looking Son Ye Jin and a charming Lee Minho. The two look like the best of friends as they play around and spend time together.

Personal Taste will feature Lee Minho acting as a man who likes other men. His character pretends to be gay so that he could move in with his friend Son Ye Jin in order to get closer to her because he likes her. Watch the teaser below!

Taeyeon and Seohyun’s Black Soshi concept released

Following the first release of Yuri’s Black Soshi concept photo yesterday, SM Entertainment continues the hype by releasing the second blast of concept photos, featuring SNSD’s leader and maknae, Taeyeon and Seohyun.

Starting from March 11th, Black Soshi concept photos of each SNSD member will be unveiled sequentially until the 15th. The Black Soshi concept will be for a new song that’s not included in their Oh! album and will be released on March 18th.

The girls will not be on music shows as they prepare for their Black Soshi comeback next week! But Yuri and Tiffany will still be hosting Music Core this Saturday.
